Printing Issues

 Please use the following form to document the issue.

1. What time did you experience the issue?

2. What printer were you printing to?

3. Where you working with Client data at the time

4. If so, what model were you working with when the issue occurred?

5. What Client ID were you working with?

6. Do you experience the same printing issue when printing from other applications/documents?

7. Is anyone else having issues printing the same information/document?  Or Is anyone else having issues printing at this time?
